8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon- Fri) ***
Opening/sorting/doc prep of incoming vision claim forms received via USPS Mail, Email & Fax.
Claims are sorted based on specific sorting criteria to identify the correct workflow.
Claims are then scanned on one of two separate high-volume scanners.
Data from the images is extracted using OCR software, data is then validated for accuracy and any errors are corrected.
Mostly sitting for entire shift. Lift up to 25lbs, very infrequently and not daily, only if we need help with moving mail or stacks of claim forms.
Manager is seeking someone with good attention to detail, coachable, doesn't mind change.
Document sort, prep, or validation experience a plus, but not necessary.
Reliable & Punctual, good work ethic, comes to work every day.
Dress code is - Business Casual Mon-Thus, Casual on Friday, however, no open toed shoes/sandals
Pay: $16.75 per hour
